Ayse designs and facilitates educational and leadership development programs to help people examine and reorganize their identities, careers, and lives for greater fulfillment and flourishing.

 

She developed the curriculum for “Leading with Authenticity and Purpose,” a highly rated graduate course offered at Harvard Division of Continuing Education. She currently teaches this course at Harvard Extension School.
